Beyond the Realm of Dentistry

The only constant in life is change. While living our day to day lives to achieve big things, it is important for us to practice other things that help us grow as an overall person.

 

Apart from being a budding Prosthodontist, Nadhirah spent her free time pursuing various exrpassions. Toastmasters, dancing and long distance running were a few of these hobbies she took up very seriously to help her achieve the positive mindset she has today. 

Toastmasters

Toastmasters International is a public speaking forum that provides you a safe and positive environment to help you develop your communication skills and enhance your leadership abilities. 

In 2018, Nadhirah started her Toastmasters journey in Chennai Toastmasters club (CTM),  the first Toastmasters club in Chennai. This club was known for having nurtured many speakers who went on to become world champions in speaking and International leaders in Toastmasters International. This home club is where she not only managed to enter the Speech contests arena and compete at the Division Level, she also entered the leadership ladder and went up the ranks rather quickly.

Dance 

They say when the energy of a place is uplifting, you can learn a lot more than you seek to learn. Ever since the start of her Undergraduate, Nadhirah had been drawn towards dancing and has been actively spending her weekends destressing at Dance Workshops across Chennai.

After years of enjoying the high of dancing, she decided it was time to share her passion actively and that marked the inception of her social media presence under the name of The Dancing Dentist
